"I am so glad I chose this property. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Especially the valet service. One young man in particular from valet made my wife and I feel special. He paid attention to detail which made us feel secure. The hotel was immaculate. We are planning to stay there again in the near future. "

"If you choose partial ocean view, you may not be able to see the actual ocean. The self parking means that you park across the street in the beach parking. I felt like that was misleading. Why didn’t they tell me to park in San Diego and take a train up? Or better yet, leave your car at home and park it in your garage for free. Then you can say you offer free parking."

"The stay was good however we had some issues being there is no microwave in the unit which made it annoying to have to go down to the lobby to use the one microwave in the entire hotel. The parking should have been included in the price as well. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and we liked the waters and cookies given at check-in."

"Our stay was fine, check in was a little late. We were told we’d receive a call when our room was ready but never did, we had to call to ask, so we didn’t get into our room until around 5 (check in is 4pm). The lobby is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable but not as nice as we were expecting at the price. We had to ask several times for a crib for our baby. We were provided with a pack and play in good condition however the bottom pad did not fit and we were given loose sheets which...
