"The lady at the front desk refused to speak russian but she insisted that we speak English.Unfortunately her English wasn't very well..
On the other hand younger gentleman who was checking me in was very kind spoke Russian,English and other languages. He made us feel like home
I would highly recommend for one of the ladies to work on her language skills and also on her hospitality skills. cheers"
"Was the nicest hotel I stayed at durning my time in the Baltic States. The room was beautiful, and the staff were amazingly warm (compared to Lithuania, and Latvia). Nice location, old town is about a mile walk away.
Will def stay here again next time I come to Estonia."
