"Great hotel, very quiet and with loads of parking. But dinner was only Pizza and in a box, come on that not really appropriate for this level of hotel."

"Its a decent 4 star hotel with exceptional service . Very quite and relaxing. The rooms facing the valley and mountains are the best for views. Its well priced. Plenty of parking. Basic gym with sauna. No complains. "

"Splendid resort. However, the personnel (from the receptionists to the waitresses in the restaurant) overloaded and not very careful in keeping the standard that the level of the hotel requires. Quite upsetting to see people showing up for breakfast and (especially) for dinner in ropes and sleepers, serving themselves by touching food rather than following the required healthy standard using the correct cutlery. The maitre is supposed to monitor more closely what is going on the room. "

"Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. "

"Very nice hotel, very warm and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast everyday, nice rooms with outstanding views, walking distance to Tignes lake (but the incline can be challenging for some people). We had diner one night there and the food was delicious. Overall, we had an excellent experience there and would certainly be happy to return. "

"Great location close to town centre, restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to nearest cable car. Top tip - Hire a ski locker at the ski shop opposite the cable car. Staff were super friendly. Bar tender guy really looked after us, couldn't do enough! "

"The location can’t be beat and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had great views from our room, which had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. Finally, as with most places in Northern Italy the hotel has no AC and the road noise was too much to keep the window open at night making the room stuffy and warm at night. "

"Close to ski telecabine, convenient, clean and quiet, it is not close to town centre 25 minute walk or 5/7 minute by car. Car park in town centre not easy in hot hour."

Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!! Amazing views from our balcony!!! Our only improvement would be more hanging space for clothes and hooks by the door for ski coats!"
