Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. "A lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. Reception staff were excellent and check in and out very smooth. The room was small and with a small window but with a good view. Unfortunately the aircon was blowing hot but this was quickly remedied once reported. Cafeteria was superb for dinner outside."
