I paid in full and used no services - THEY WON'T TAKE MY CALL OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. these people are dangerously corrupt. Literally, the worst place I have ever stayed in. "The property is amazing, you feel like you’re in a movie. The breakfast was incredible, everything was delicious and the staff were lovely. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is a lot of ants would appear in the bathroom every time I took a shower, I had told the staff about it during the first night and whilst they gave me an insect spray and cleaned the dead ants in the morning the problem persisted. Otherwise a fabulous hotel. "

"Our room wasn’t cleaned/serviced at all during our two night stay. We left the sign on the door asking for the room to be serviced at 10am and returned at 5pm to find it never was. When checking out I told the concierge this and I was completely ignored, his response was to ask me if he can charge the card they had on file. No apology, not even a goodbye, he just handed me a receipt and looked to the next person in the queue to check out."
