"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

"Lovely peaceful hotel with amazing staff and a great selection of food and drink. Only a couple of things that let it down slightly. We booked the suite with hot tub but the outdoor lighting was broken so this area couldn't be used on a night. There was a 20 euro charge per night for a cot to be in the room, this wasn't mentioned when booking. Also, the breakfast is an extra 27 euros per person. I wouldn't agree that the breakfast selection is worth this much but there's nothing else around so...

Expedia maps this property in the center of old town near Lices. However, the actually location is a 10 minute walk along the harbor. If it were located in the center, then I’d give 5 stars. Davide went above and beyond late night when we had a problem with our tub and was so attentive and nice. Nash and Arthur made our last night dinner a wonderful experience and made us feel like long time friends. Alain was so kind and patient with us as he drove us to and from town and made us feel truly welcome in St. Tropez. We will definitely be back! "
