"Loved the swim-out room, but the resort could use some updates I stayed at Krystal Grand Los Cabos for a in October. I loved being able to step right into the pool. The drive from the airport took about 35 minutes. The resort showed its age in some areas, and I noticed an unpleasant smell outdoors a several times. I found the standard dining options limited, so you have to upgrade to get better food. I was surprised that beach loungers were only available in the upgraded area. I received a...

"Just got back from Secrets. It’s our third stay. Liked that the pickle ball is still very much played albeit on a marble floor… but it’s fun and you meet lots of people. They have activities for all adults and they repeat a couple of times a week so you can definitely participate. Love love the preferred club… can socialize with friends without going to your room…. Rooms are beautiful, grounds are beautiful. Wanted to shout out to Manuel, Ivan, Suzanna, Axel, Fernando, Curtis and Kelly that made...

"As it was very hot and humid, question why lobby and at least some of dining area weren't air conditioned. Areas were always clean, staff was kind and helpful. Also, would have been nice to have early morning coffee available Coffee machine in room didn't seem to work."

"Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again."

"En la habitación que nos dieron no servía el aire. Fueron a checarlo 3 veces y no se pudo reparar. Creo que nos debieron de haber cambiado de habitación desde el inicio. Dormimos escuchando como goteaba al aire toda la noche y pasamos calor. Poniendo a un lado eso, el staff de recepción siempre mostró buena disposición en ayudarnos. Todo lo demás estuvo genial."

"The pools are great. Rooms are outdated but huge, if you have more than 4 people you’ll get a pretty good size suite. Has a Mojave dessert aesthetic."

"Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded."

"Very nice room!!!!! Modern and clean. Centrally located, just two blocks from the main square."

"Staff were great."

"a lot of miscommunication and not accommodating at all for a lot of situations where problems were faced"

"Very cute quaint hotel. Everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful.Right on the plaza close to great artsy shops and restaurants."

"The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough."

"Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience"
