"The hotel is well situated and is considered a historical site in the Cali culture. While it is well maintained, it is very evident that it has not been remodeled since the early 90s. The room and it’s bathroom felt dated. Also, keep in mind that they do not have transportation; thus, you have to arrange for taxis or private car service unlike other hotels in the area. "This property is significantly overpriced. The staff were not friendly, and the place does not look like the photos posted online. During my stay, the bathroom, bed sheets, and several areas around the property were dirty and not well maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this place, as it did not meet expectations at all."
