"Loved my stay at this charming hotel. Conveniently located next to the train station. Helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms, free water and coffee all day long was a nice touch too!"

"Absolutely the worse experience attempting to get into the hotel from their parking garage. The signs are not marked. To make matters worse the staff acknowledged the issue and said “ a paper sigh was on the proper door, but people rip it off”. Then Place a permanent one is the answer! No excuses it was not good to treat guest poorly when we were simply attempting to park and check in. They could not find our Expedia reservation for some time and still not acknowledgment of how poorly we were...
