"Do not book another stay-this is the BEST. We want to come back to Panama just to stay at this hotel-I don’t even want to call it a hotel because it’s basically a resort in the Old Town. It is a living museum and that is amazing-you won’t believe it until you see it. The staff-amazing. The restaurants-OMG. The rooftop pool area-we stayed up there every afternoon when it gets pretty warm and the service was great. Poolside bar and food available all day. I have recently stayed at a Four Seasons...

"Although I did have a nice stay, it started off rocky. I was given the wrong room I paid upgrade for. Then given another wrong room, with someone else’s luggage already in the room. Other than that, the staff was nice and helped me but it was a major inconvenience…. Pool & gym are nice too. Location is good. "

"A classic hotel, wonderful pool with a swim up tiki bar. Probably best pool in Panama! There are two very cute cats on the property that visit guests at breakfast, staff is wonderful and kind with the cats. The two cats are loved by many guests who enjoy the interactions and company. Rooms are indeed older condition but are very clean and very large as hotel rooms were built much bigger then, even for the most basic room. Would happily stay again. Excellent buffet breakfast."
