"We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. "A great place to stay for summer mountain adventures. We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of September. The hotel is wonderful. The only issue we had was that all of the restaurants nearby were closed for the season. And only a few in the town center (10-15 minute walk) were open. Other than that everything was great. "

"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"

It had an amazing view over the slopes but the room was right above where all the deliveries came on skidoos, consequently the room was really noisy if you wanted to sleep with the window open (and even with it shut, to some extent).
