"Front desk at check-in started our stay with a wonderful start - welcoming and charming! Our room had an incredible view! It was quiet, great air conditioning, and a comfortable room. The location is great to access the center for endless dining, snd wonderful exploring. Gym was decent too. Breakfast was simple but has all the hot/cold options you’d want/need. We also had free parking. Highly recommended! "

"I chose Hotel Bristol because it is on the edge of Old Town. Proved to be a good choice. The hotel had everything we needed and was very close to Old Town and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone."

The first was very good, the second so-so (at check out, the receptionist asked me to pay for the room, because the hotel didn’t receive the payment from Expedia), making us lose 15’). This time we were first offered a room next to the hotel, with a door which could not be locked. When we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was fully booked, which wasn’t the case. "Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "
