"Almost perfect… except the Onsen, which is a key component of any ski holiday in Japan. The onsen was fantastic and we used it twice a day. However it was largely ruined by Chinese guests who disrespected Japanese culture - and all other guests using the onsen by getting straight into the bath without washing first. We were not the only guests who felt this. The signs and instructions for onsen use were in Japanese and English only. Need to have signs in Chinese too. "

The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice.
