Find 4 Star Hotels in Kuramys from SAR 176

The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. One thing I want to address is there’s a club next to the hotel that plays music til 4am and you can hear it if you’re on that side of the building so request to be on the park side to avoid the sound. Overall, great hotel

I chose this hotel based on other reviewers' comments. The only thing that puzzled me about the comments were those about the "weird" bathroom setup. I found it quite neat! The room was spacious and immaculately kept. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff spoke English and were quite helpful. Great location in the center of the city. Staff is very accommodating and rooms are clean.

I was impressed with entire sstaff. They were very helpful completely responsive to my needs. I highly recommend both because of location and staff

The staff were extremely nice (and speak English). The hotel is a renovated one and I suspect at one time was Soviet-era with broad hallways and a nice lobby. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and, it being January, warm. The hotel is in the midst of "downtown" Almaty with restaurants, groceries and...

Every one was helpful to make gust happy for me was great every one and realy room service tried all there best and restaurants all great

This used to be one of the best hotels in the city and the reception area is quite impressive, but the room however was a bit tired. Old furniture and stains in the wall are common, but I got an excellent rate on hotels.com so I can't complaint. The location and the view from my window were great. Internet was very good. Some staff speak English and I loved the coffee place in the lobby, the food there was particular good, as was the excellent breakfast. Late check out was restrict; although the...
