"The most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip in Sri Lanka. The pool is great, but the beach is just to die for. Miles of empty beach in both directions from the hotel. We did however notice quite a few plots being developed nearby, so this might not continue. Staff were all great and helpful. The food was amazing. Devilled tuna and fresh Mahi Mahi were a favourites! One evening we went to a nearby beach and watched turtles lay their eggs and return to the sea. It was like...

"We really enjoyed our stay in the lagoon paradise resort and even decided to stay one day longer than initially planned. You can enjoy the breakfast (as well as dinner) in the nice beach restaurant with a great view. We booked a cabana which was located near the swimming pool. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody who visits Tangalle! Special thanks also to the staff (especially Weerasena & Thisara) who were more than welcoming."

"Blown away about how bad this was. I cant comprehend how it is possible to own a hotel like this and just totaly ruin it. Some of the worst service in Sri Lanka we experienced on our 14 days trip through the country. Breakfast, if you can call it that was so terrible we just stopped eating. "We were really impressed with the location, and it comes with 3 dogs (which is always s plus!). Sadly, a few things marred the experience. Hot water is rather non existent. You get warm water after running the shower for a long time, which is a terrible waste. The dogs are left out at night and they can bark extensively and no one seems to care. "Då vi kom till hotellet fick vi välja mellan 3 olika rum; villa vid havet hela vistelsen, familjerum i 3 nätter sedan byta eller rum med liten pool utanför rummet (som delas med andra familjer). Vi valde rummet med liten pool utanför dörren.
