"During my recent four-night stay.
The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."
"The lobby was very welcoming. However, since the hotel is off the main street, one Grab driver could not find the hotel's front. entrance. Maybe, add big directional signs on the main street?"
"[WHAT WE LOVED] EVERYTHING! Location (within 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street), clean, spacious, lights on bathroom mirror (convenient for make up), direct USB charger, nice bed and pillows and bolsters, water dispenser, friendly and helpful staffs, no smoking hotel! Overall it's a big big like for ibis!

[AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT] The facilities wear off a bit. Can see some minor parts (toilet bowl) chipped off, and toilet door is hard to close (need to push / pull very hard for the door...
"We spent four nights at Treasures and it was lovely. Quiet, peaceful, calm and welcoming inside, and 10 mins walk from the old town centre / Jonker St etc. We had a Premier room - very spacious and comfortable. Only thing was that the room is a bit deprived of natural light during the day as overlooking the inner courtyard, but we weren't in there much during the day anyway, and there are lots of nice communal areas to lounge around.
Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with...
"It's a very nice stay where it's near to all the amenities.
The property is new, clean and the host communication was very clear. I like that they have a karaoke set and mahjong set ready for my family entertainment."
"Check in at 4pm is kind of too late. Normal 3pm already very late, and checking out at 11am create heavy lifts jam and long waiting at the lift lobby. Many end up going down by stairs with heavy bags."
"Missing a lot of extras that would make this place a 5 star. The communication leading up to check in was non existent and thankfully I had family who lived locally who were able to sort this out. Would I stay here again? No probably not. "
"I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The property was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive with their communication. The location was also a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"
