"Great hotel. Well situated. It is a 15min walk to the Old Town Square. There is a shopping centre over the road. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great window seat. Our room had a veiw over the city. The room was very good size and very clean. "

"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise...

"Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. "Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apartment that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. Building itself is clean and quiet. "

"The forks were literally dirty, there were no basic things in the apartment, if I knew I would book a hotel! Cleaning level below acceptable, not much recommended "
