"The hotel is in a very good location, but it needs improvements. Bedroom was fine, i had to figure out where to plug the minifridge, i found several hair in and around the buffet breakfast... and not everyone speaks english. It needs improvement. "

"This hotel was well equipped and a fantastic value.. correction, an unbelievable value (when I booked anyway). They have a gym and a pool and sauna rooms...plural. They have breakfast buffet which is in my opinion pretty good. The rooms aren't luxury, but they are comfortable and clean with adequate bathroom facilities. The area is close to transportation and a walkable distance to a touristy part of town. It's in a university student area of town. The staff was a little cold to deal with,...

"It is in the amazing location, in front of a park. In several minutes, you can walk to the cathedral, parliament, the University of Sofia (one block) and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has the traditional value of a great hotel. Staff are properly attired. Furniture is solid wood. Brass handles in the washroom are all well polished shiny."
