"The pillows were clearly horrible, square like the ones you put on a couch. The bedding was too small for the single beds. Even when you order a double bed room you get two single beds. There are no King size nor even queen size beds, just singles either solo, apart or together. The restaurant was empty at 6PM but when I wanted to dine there with my family we were refused and told to make a reservation with an earliest option of 8 PM! So we were forced to eat elsewhere. "Good stay and we would be happy to return next time. Some things could be improved: - only one of the electric car chargers was functioning, the other should be fixed - nice to have a toaster available at breakfast time - juice at breakfast could be fresher & nicer - we asked for a mattress protection for the kids’ bed and all that could be found was a bin-bag. The service was appreciated, but it would be easy to buy a few proper fitted protection sheets"

The breakfast room is huge and we enjoyed the breakfast too Negatives: it’s extremely dated and in some places it is actually shabby. In the room i have jacuzzi bath which that was very nice. room big and clean, small minus so aircon was switched off but room has a fan in the wardrobe so i managed to cool down the room. "Smashing hotel with a full range of facilities in a lovely setting. Close to motorway but no noise from it at night. I stayed for 2 nights whilst on a business trip in the area and would plan to do so next time. Dinner and breakfast the restaurant were both great. "

"When I tried to enter the building it was locked at 16.00, their is no intercom or bell to get a member of staffs attention so I needed to leave my suitcases unattended at the front as I walked round the premises trying to find a way in. On check in once in the building their are no lifts which is fine, but the staff on the desk begrudgingly asked if I'd like a hand with my luggage, when I said yes they left my case at the bottom of the staircase and I took both myself.
