"We loved our stay in a castle! The grounds were beautifully maintained, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge as well the breakfast buffet in the morning. Would definitely love to come back and spend more time here."

The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff. "A hidden jewel. My wife and I stayed there with another couple after a few days driving through France and Belgium. We were looking for a quiet place to recharge and stayed in individual two bedroom units with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs, in particular the manager Olivier Bedon. Definitely plan to stay there again."

"The room we had was dark and dingy. The weather was hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for a fan and a very unfriendly man at the front desk barked at us that NO there was not one. Very disappointing stay will NOT be going back and NOT recommending this hotel to anyone, actually the opposite. "

"Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."

"We had a basic room (average amount of space, etc) Came with mini bar but no coffee in room. Shower leaked on bathroom flood and hair dryer did not work. Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites."
