"Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day."

"It was an excellent hotel located in the outskirts of Munnar. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. We had many choices for the complementary breakfast. Dinner and lunch options were reasonably priced. Good complementary activities were available. Next time I will definitely go for a longer stay."

"The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve.
