"Beds were very dusty under - dropped something and came out full of dust. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth the price as not sufficient variety - could have benefited from an omelette station.

"The hotel was good - great breakfast. They had a free shuttle into town / the bus station. Our biggest issue was getting a room for 3 people meant a traditional Japanese style room, so we were sleeping on mats on the floor and it was terrible. Not the hotel’s fault, my own for not paying better attention. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights - our backs would not be able to handle much more. Otherwise everything else was good."
