"Room and hotel were great. Convenient bar/restaurant onsite. Hotel is part of a larger building that has a mall. Would have given the place 5 stars but the clerk who checked us in had zero customer service skills. We asked about their "shuttle service" to the airport because we would need a 4am shuttle for an early flight. My wife asked to clarify if it was truly a shuttle service or if it was a taxi service. The clerk became very rude and snapped the he was arranging to have "his driver" be...
"Nice clean very well situated in Podgorica. Easy walk to bus station. Next to old section with some super restaurants. Very helpful staff. A bit deserted when i stayed - end of June. Fine bar. If you are spending a night in Podgorica - this is an excellent place to fo it in"
"Clean hotel only 15 minutes from the airport. They arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning which we really appreciated. The room was clean and the balcony was a nice touch. Would stay again."
"Lovely and very comfortable house with great view. It is a bit remote but was a great place for us to relax after a strenuous multi-day hiking and biking trip. We were off season, so quiet and laid back, able to cook for ourselves. Good to get coordinates for GPS as many roads in Montenegro aren’t named."
"We wanted a cheap but comfortable room close to Nikšić and nature, and that was what we got. The staff was helpful, the room nice and clean, we didn't have air condition but we didn't need it either when we opened the window. The let down was the breakfast, we did not enjoy that at all, maybe it's better if you eat meat and eggs, but we'd recommend taking a short walk to a cafe of some sort.
With that said, we didn't book Trim for the food so we weren't really disappointed. I think we got...
"The hotel is located by a beautiful river, a walking distance from the city centre (but we'd been happy if they could have provided us a map from the reception). However the room was very noisy, both the traffic from the road and other guests could be easily heard..."
"The staff was not friendly at all. There was nobody to ask help for in the breakfast area. The worst of all was the condition of the facility. They had the worst elevator I've been on. It was all shaking and I felt like we could crash at any minute."
"Buen atención pero sábanas rotas y en mal estado. Está un poco lejos del centro.
En la página me cobran en dólares en el hotel en euros con un 10% más caro"
