"Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were very sweet and helpful. Made the trip so easy and relaxing."

"Disappointing decline in standards since 2022 We first stayed at Konansou in 2022 for our honeymoon, and it was the one ryokan we most wanted to revisit in Japan. Unfortunately, standards have noticeably declined. Check-in was friendly, with several staff greeting us. Dinner was still enjoyable, although slightly below our previous experience, possibly due to seasonal produce. Breakfast was far more disappointing, with noticeably poorer quality and fewer options. "Amazing"

"It’s not called Fiji View Hotel for nothing!!!! Get a room with the view!!!!!"

"My stay at La Vista Fuji Kawaguchiko was wonderful. The view of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking—the kind of view you never get tired of looking at. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I especially appreciated the staff’s help with transportation, which made getting around so much easier. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. A beautiful place with wonderful people. I would happily stay here again!"

"Very convenient location. Rooms were spotless along with the entire facility. Onsens were beautiful and well maintained I especially loved their rooftop terrace with the foot onsen after a long day of walking. Great views up there! Nice and relaxing."

"Everything was amazing, the room was clean, they provided you with the option to select the BBQ dinner which was delicious! They do have drink options at an extra cost. But would recommend to stop at a convenience store to get snacks and extra things to keep in the room. But overall the view amazing, the fire pit so peaceful. Such a nice little getaway! Would highly recommend! The staff honestly was top notch!"

"The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!"

"Very nice"

"Well maintained, clean property with a great view of Mt Fuji from the lounge. Convenient amenities. Quiet street but close to dining options, gas station and nearby shrine."
