"We had a lovely stay at Akti Coast Club. The hotel is in a great location, only a 15-minute ride to the airport by taxi (29€). We were shown to the room by staff who helped us with our luggage on arrival. The facilities were brilliant, with several pools and bars, so it never felt overcrowded. "If you like to eat in busy school cafeteria, drink poor cocktails, enjoy screaming kids and sun burnt turistis that reserve the sun beds with their towel from dawn till dusk this is a place for you. Otherwise I recommend to stay away. The whole hotel atmosphere was like a jungle and no peaceful luxury what you might expect from the pictures. Never again. "

"The property was very isolated. The choice of meals was very limited and getting a decent coffee wasn't possible. The music around the main pool could be very loud at times. Basic entertainment. "Could not fault the hotel staff. However, whilst we were there we had no electricity and water for some of the days. Shower did not work properly, along with this there was no shower screen, a blocked plug so the water couldn't drain and no air con at times. Pool area and room cleaning was very poorly maintained on top of this. This is very poor and unexpected from a 4* hotel, especially with children."
