"This hotel, just inside the Zadar city walls is a great location for a visit to the old town, the incredible sea organ, and the Adriatic Sea.
Book parking in advance if you have a car (though city parking is also nearby).
Breakfast is goo, though the space is small when it is chilly and the outdoor seating is not comfortable.
The staff is helpful and rooms are fine, though with a window directly at the street level you'll feel closed with curtains closed."
"Super nettes Personal, Lage des Hotels prima, tolles Frühstück. Es gab eBikes (machen einen guten Eindruck!), Poolhandtücher und genug Liegen in einer netten Poolumgebung. Restaurants und Wassertaxi zur Altstadt Zadars fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem empfehlenswert in der Nachsaison.
Das einzige, das ich bemängeln muss: unser Zimmer roch 3 Tage lang extrem nach Chlorix oder ähnlichem, wir haben Tag und Nacht die Balkontür offen lassen müssen. Klar, alles sauber, aber wegen des Geruchs...
"Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Sehr schöne, stylisch eingerichtete Zimmer, ein leckeres Frühstück und ausgesprochen nettes Personal. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Lautstärke: Durch den nächtlichen und frühmorgendlichen Lieferverkehr ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster extrem laut. Ohrstöpsel für die Nacht sind daher empfehlenswert.
Auch der Ausblick ist in der ersten und zweiten Etage leider sehr eingeschränkt. Wer Glück hat und ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage mit Blick Richtung Marktplatz...

I looked up the number on google for the apartment complex to get the right number to call. person answered quickly and helped."
"The hotel is poorly maintained, with many items being old or defective. For instance, the toilet seat would slide around every time it was used; I reported this to the management, and although they promised to fix it, no one ever did before we checked out. Additionally, the shower seal was inadequate, causing water to leak out and soak the bathroom floor, so I had to mop up the water outside the shower area after bathing. The worst part was the noise: our room was on the third floor, directly...

Das Frühstück ist keine 4* Wert. Das ist kein Kaffe was man da bekommt… wir wissen nicht was da aus dem Automaten läuft.
ABER, die Zimmer, die „Zimmermädchen“ und Aussicht wirklich Top!!"
"Stunning view for sure. The patio looking out at the water was perfect. The view was incredible. The only downside was that the fridge was a mini-bar, so if you wanted to put anything cold in it, there wasn't room with all of the mini-bar items inside, sadly."
