"We had an excellent stay at the Luxo Kochi for 4 nights in July. It's a modern property that's set just behind the main road, so a great location without all the noise. There are many shops and restaurants close by and it is only 15 minutes away from LuLu mall. The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean. "The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve. Overall still good, but there's room to grow. Would go again if nearby...

"Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip."

"I chose this place only for the location. The room was too small for 3 people and overpriced for the amenities. The room was a little too noisy for me and so was the air conditioning. The bathroom didnt have a proper tub but a shower, so it gets messy after the shower, its water everywhere."

"Please don't select any deals for this place from hotels.com I had booked 5 rooms on the basis of a deal via hotels. com and got confirmation almost 5 months in advance. On the day of my booking the hotel says that they haven't confirmed it. If that's the case then please don't list this on the website. This has been my worst experience via hotels.com and i would never recommend this garbage place to anyone."
