This is a very conveniently located hotel with a great restaurant inside, the rooms are nice and it has a flexible shower configuration to maximize the bathroom space. This experience was a little different from previous in that we had a hiccup with our TV just randomly shutting off as we were watching it, but overall not that big of a deal. Just encouraged us to rest up sooner. "

"My husband and I had a decent stay for our anniversary. Both the lobby and hotel room were modern, and the hotel was in a very good location of downtown. The included breakfast was ok. The only negative was that our room was located on the -1 floor and had a lingering smell of urine. They also have a small parking lot for guests, but unfortunately these doors were occupied for the duration of our stay. Otherwise there was a paid parking garage located across the street."

"Overall, my stay was ok, but I would not stay again. The staff was very nice. However, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I have stayed in hostels with much better beds. They offered a bed pad, which helped, but still was not great. The toilet would run for about 10 minutes after every flush. I happen to be relatively short and where the safe was located was almost inaccessible, as was the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The phone in the room also did not...

"Good location for getting around Reykjavic. Down side is there’s no restaurant service other than breakfast. Our initial welcome at check in was less than welcoming but things improved through the stay. The ladies doing the breakfast service are lovely. Breakfast is average but adequate. It’s easy to park in paid parking close to the hotel."
