"Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean"

"Richard (fromt desk clerk) was beyond amazing! We arrived early so he secured our luggage so we could explore Rotterdam. He also gave us suggestions for dinner since the hotel restaurant was closed."

"Een goed hotel met mooie kamers, fijne bedden en een heerlijke grote douche. Enige minpunt is de mechaniche ventilatie. Deze staat dag en nacht aan op stand turbo. "Repurposing an old armory as a hotel is a very cool idea. Hôtel Arsenal Delft is in an excellent location at the edge of the old town, so it’s steps away from many sites, but in a very quiet part of town. It’s also conveniently located about a five minute walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful and the property was well maintained. A good value for the money, I would not hesitate to stay again."

"I had a lovely stay at WestCord hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called for an early check in they were able to help me. Only slight issue I had was the room was a little on the cooler side which couldn’t be sorted."

"This is a basic hotel that is clean and does the job. A bit far from everything so we ended up spending a lot of money on Uber. We didn't eat at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Softer and natural pillows would have been good to have. Friendly staff."
