"Excellent stay. Recommend staying on the 8th floor or above for a better room experience. Both french and Japanese breakfast options are both great."

"Stayed at Hotel Granvia Kyoto for four nights and loved the location — it's right inside Kyoto Station, so catching trains and the Shinkansen couldn't be easier. The room was comfortable and quiet, check-in was smooth, and having the station's shops and restaurants right downstairs was a real plus. Would happily stay here again on my next trip to Kyoto."

"An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Everything was perfect, from the warm hospitality to the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can really feel the care and attention put into making guests feel at home. We had such a lovely experience and honestly didn't want to leave! Definitely a place worth coming back to. We would love to stay here again on our next visit!"

"Beautiful hotel, room was great and really big compared to other Japanese hotels I stayed in. Great, convenient location."

"All was great. Very nice hotel. Location is decent. Close to train but about 20 minutes walk to most things."

"Lovely hotel great location next door to multiple shopping parades, food halls and restaurants. 5 min walk to Kyoto train station and close to some of the main attractions."

"A great hotel in every imaginable aspect. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and well kept and cleaned. Amenities include private and a public onsen, a fitness facility, and a laundry facilitiy that uses Suica card. Staff is friendly and supportive. Dinner was extraordinary."

"Great location. Western/international feeling but comfortable and great rooms."

"きれいなところに安く泊まれて非常に満足です。 平日のせいなのかそれとも19時に閉店なのか ホテル内のショップが閉店かお休みでした。 外に歩いて食べるところを探したのですが あまりありませんでした。 少し残念でした。屋上のスカイラウンジは景色がきれいでよかったです"

"As international visitors with several pieces of luggage, we faced difficulties during our journey in Kyoto because the hotel would not store our bags for an extra day after check-out."

"Very cool hotel, great breakfast and the staff is amazing, we had a great time staying there"

"I liked the hotel. It was conveniently located especially with the 7-11 in the basement. the Daisy bakery next to the hotel was delicious for a quick breakfast or snack."
