"We stayed here for one night after attending a wedding near by. We arrived at 10 pm in heavy rain and were warmly welcomed at the door by the owner who quickly checked us in and showed us to our room. Next morning we woke to sunshine and wonderful views to the surrounding hills. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent. Fellow EV drivers may be interested to know that free charging is offered to guests upon request - according to the hotel directory in our room. We didn’t register...

"Fantastic service from the owners, they made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and that was coupled with a great view. Lots of little details which added character to the room and gave it a homey feel such as small ornaments. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of cold meats, pastries etc even though it was only us staying. Only a 10 minute drive to Newtown so it has everything you need."

"A great place to stay. Very quirky and you could tell that the place had a lot of history. Very clean and tidy and beautifully maintained. The only issue we had was the TV did not work well in the room we stayed in (4) as it kept losing the signal and buffering."

"Lovely place, rooms and public spaces immaculate. Dinner and breakfast were great. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the view from our room, we were looking out onto the kitchen roof, complete with ventilation ducts, didn’t spoil out stay but some screening would have been nice. We had a nice stay and the staff were lovely."
