"Setting off the property is excellent, easy access by car, their own parking, food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. There are few suggestions for instance: soap dispensers are very hard to squeeze the soap out. Maybe something with pump or sensor would be more convenient for aging guests. Overall great job! "The hotel is nice & well-located next to ferry & old town. However, the pictures suggested it was more of a resort with a beach, et al... That was a surprise but the biggest disappointment was that the two suites we reserved were given away & 8 of us had to stay in three smaller rooms (& certainly not ideal for us to be so separated. That aside, its a fair value, nice pool & breakfast. "

However there were a few flaws in the room: no proper hot water, no indication of internal phone numbers (we had to go down to the reception to get wi-fi password and coffee/tea) and the room was a bit dated (toilette included)."
