"We had a fantastic stay for four nights with our two kids! The hotel has a fantastic location- very close to the main square, shops, restaurants, and the river (but without being too chaotic or noisy). The staff was very nice and helpful. The communal drink area is very nice to be able to access all day. I also appreciated having laundry and ironing facilities. The only tiny downside was that the dryer didn't really work- things were still wet after 2+ hours. All in all, we had a great time and...

"This hotel was very close to both the train station and the main tourist activities. The location was excellent! On top of that, the staff were gracious and kind, eager to help and provide suggestions for meals and tourist sites, and directions. The room was spotless, with great AC to cool the room during a hot day! Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. I couldn't recommend more!"

You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools.
The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close...
"The bathroom and everything else is one room. One pillow only not enough to sleep on. The restaurant food quality is not good. Only reason stayed in room I was tired from traveling and had no effort to change hotel. Also , you can hear next door room activity! Couldnt sleep well. In general i wont recommend for any body unless you have no other choice"
