"The staff at our check, Ashwin, was very friendly and helpful.He made us feel very welcome. He answered all of our questions patiently and gave us useful tips gor visiting the city. When we found that yhe WiFi didn't work in our room, he came to the room to verify and explained the reason was due to the renovation work. The room we stayed was newly renovated and had a great view of the city skyline."

"Outdated but fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was perfect. Bed and room was simple but super comfy. Pool was small but water was nice and warm and sauna plus steam room was a good option. Overall we were very happy. Not luxurious but felt very comfortable and had all amenities easily accessible, very easy comfortable stay"

"Hotel was fine, room was fine. BUT if you are charging 300 GBP for a room than i expect the shower to work properly and NOT slide down the rail so i have to hold it up with one hand to shower and nearly as bad the water temp fluctuates! NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Seasoned travellers rate a room by check-in, bed (comfort & clean) and shower. "
