"We had a great stay at citizenM Rotterdam! The hotel is right beside the Rotterdam Blaak station, so transportation was a breeze. Seamless self check-in, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Loved the ability to borrow bikes, and the bar made some excellent cocktails. The rooms are small as pictured (no surprises there) so best suited for a single person or a couple. The room controls were super easy to use and we slept great (the blackout blinds were TOO good, we ended up sleeping in...

Accomodations were excellent, however on the day of departure housekeeping opened our door at 0900 and knocked again at 1045 even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door.
