"The pool was out of use, but this was not told to us at the time of booking. The room was perfect, would definitely stay again."

"The room was not clean, the toilet brush was covered in toilet paper from cleaning. The shower was so slippery we had to put a towel on the floor and it came up filthy. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a nursing home as there was a shower chair in it and a drop down seat that I would be afraid for anyone to sit on as the bracket was coming off the wall. The fridge and microwave were new and clean, the bed was clean and very comfortable but we had to wash the plates before we could use...

"Great spot! Close to the beach, private and well put together"

"The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was good, except for the noisy plumbing when the tap in the bathroom was turned on. There were no bathrobes or bath slippers in the room and when we requested them they were not sent up. We had to ask the maid if she could get us some. The following day we asked the room to be serviced. I was disappointed they did not clean the used glasses or cups. They also did not stock up the used tea bags. We had cocktails and entrees in the...

"Nice property. Quiet location. Good amenities, my son loved the outdoor soccer court. Small bar fridge. Stairs only if not staying on a ground floor can make it difficult with heavy luggage. Parking far from rooms. Staff can help tho. Restaurant was understaffed for service on our night but food great."

"Great stay"

"We love staying at the Q1, it’s our favourite place at Surfers - the apartments are beautiful and spacious and the pool area is incredible. The gym facilities let it down a bit. The staff are excellent, we had an issue with a fridge that the previous people had poorly stored fish in both the fridge and freezer parts and every time we opened the doors the smell was horrendous. Not only did a member of housekeeping come up and scrub the fridge for us at 9pm, the next day when they heard the smell...

"We loved our stay at Synergy. We’ve stayed in Broadbeach many times and love the area. The pool and hot tub were the real standouts as the pool temperature was just perfect. Room was also extremely well appointed with all the kitchen and living applicances we could need. Would stay again and definitely recommend."
