We also felt we were ‘fleeced’ for our trip to Addo. Our friends were charged half what we were charged for their exact same game drive. We were taken from the lodge on a very uncomfortable 1.5hr drive in an old truck that did not even have air conditioning. "

Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das sehr gute Restaurant. Es bietet landestypische Küche mit hervorragender Fleischqualität – absolut empfehlenswert!

"We arrived on Sunday at 7pm to the locked front gate of the property and no one was present to let us in to the property for about 20 minutes, despite an early call we made about 2 hours prior to let them know about our estimated arrival time.
The guest house is located in a very small & depressing town were KFC closing at 8pm was the only option in town for dinner on Sunday evening as the restaurant on hotel premises is closed on Sunday for dinner.

No, but do you get great space, views, comfortable lodge and great service? Yes. More 3 than a 4 star and it does need a little love. "Decent place however in our room the ceiling fan did not work and we could not control the air con except for the temperature when we told the staff we were told that they couldn't check every room. The room needed some updating."
