"All of the staff truly made this the most enjoyable vacation ever! However one stood out, it was the front office manager Gergana who greeted us with warmth and professionalism that went above and beyond! At one point we were just struggling with time zone changes and the heat that had unexpectedly surprised everyone in England, she not only guided us to make arrangements with venues that were available in the later hours and air conditioned, she helped us make our bookings and get the most out of our vacation! We had traveled five days to get to Harrogate England dues to several flight cancellations but because of her help we went from miserable to totally rested, relaxed and rejuvenated! It was her kindness and caring that made our experience amazing! Next year we will take a another multi country holiday trip of a lifetime holiday and we are looking for Hotel Du Vin as the focal point for the cities we will go to next! "Lovely spacious room in the cottage. Everything was catered for. Options for breakfast and dinner. We had a lovely sitting outside area which was handy on one of the hottest days. We parked in the long stay car park but then the lady on reception informed us that after 5pm the street was quieter and we managed to park our car nearby. "
