"Firstly, the Hotel is very nice and the staff are absolutely amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the Globe restaurant has great food...the only problem I found was the constant door slammings every few minutes and the screeching of furniture on the wooden floors...it makes for a less calm environment for which a hotel should offer people."
"Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed...

"Overall, it is a nice hotel but we had some challenges with the amenities. It offered A/C which was a rare treat, but it only worked in one of the two rooms. We were excited to see ice machines, but couldn’t find one that worked. The tvs only got 7 channels and we had to call the office to get the room next to us to quiet down after being repeatedly woken up. The food and and drink at the restaurant were good and the place was clean and people friendly, but we were disappointed."
"Interesting property. I stayed in one of the wings of the main house on the 1st floor. The room was fine (the artwork in the wings and bedrooms was very incongruent to the grandeur of the main house…), pillows were really thin, and they felt a bit dated but comfortable. The windows were really small. The main section of the house/public spaces were beautiful. One thing I found odd were the number of influencers there making content, perhaps for the new spa?"
"We fly in/out of Dublin several times a year. We like this property because although it is only about 10-15 mins from the airport, it feels like you are really in the country. So there is not that cramped and hassled feeling with so many of the airport hotels near DUB - tight parking, shuttle buses, airport noise etc. Roganstown Country House Hotel feels a bit like a respite. That being said, they could invest a little in the interior of the hotel. While our room was clean and comfortable,...
