"My husband choose this hotel & won hands down ( we take it in turn choosing hotels to stay in while visiting southern Ireland ) I lost the night before . The moment we arrived we felt we were just not a room number they had filled our room was amazing . Hotel is situated just outside the town so was lovely & quiet food was beautifully served can't praise it enough ."
"We had a nice large room with a bathtub which was quite nice. Geo large beds as well. However the cold water faucet did not work in our bathroom. The bathroom door also did not close and latch. The door was pretty beaten up at the bottom as well. Just needs some maintenance. I wanted to use the pool but the blaring music in the gym was a turn off for me doing that. The breakfast was ok. Wifi available, but no TV in room which didn't worry us in the slightest - just encouraged us to switch off. Easy reach of Westport and Newport, but extensive roadworks and contraflow on the road into Westport were a minor inconvenience. Finding a table at a restaurant for dinner locally can be challenging notwithstanding plethora of...
