"What a gem!! The property is in a great location, very walkable to everything. The front desk was so friendly and they were able to get us a room on the first floor since we had heavy luggage. Our room was so nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. And we fully enjoyed our buffet breakfast. We could not have asked for more! "

"Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "

"AN ABSOLUTE GEM!! We enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming boutique style country inn! From our warm and inviting check-in with Lisa (who welcomed us with local knowledge and had even set aside a dinner reservation for us!) to our GORGEOUS and beautifully appointed room (complete with stand alone copper tub!) and then to our exploration of the local area (the immediate area provides picturesque walking and the Gleneagles golf course is quite close) to the FABULOUS food…..I highly recommend...

"Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. Spacious and comfortable, with pretty views. The restaurant was amazing (vegan and gluten free options too), and the grocery store/gift shop on site was a great feature (vegan, gluten free options at the store as well). "When we arrived there was no heating on and no hot water. The outside temperature was 6C and the cottage was colder than that. Eventually someone arrived to put on the heating and light the wood burning stove. Even with that there was no way the cottage would be warm for at least 12 hours. We decided to leave and returned the key. Apart from the cold, there was nothing welcoming about the cottage. There was no welcoming pack or instructions. There was nothing comforting and the furniture and...
