"Nice pool with a ocean veiw on the 4th floor. Nice breakfast with plenty of variety. Actually control planes was straight forward and easy to use. The staff was very kind and helpful. Checked in at 3am and was fine(did give notice about this before hand) Nice shuttle to the airport smooth and quick. Lots of family's not the quietest place but ive been to many louder places for sure. Solo traveler good sized room"

"At check-in we were given a room with a temperature of 24.5C… so so hot that it was impossible to stay in it. They sent maintenance who had to replace a filter. They transferred us to a suite in the main level with a very strong mold smell; my husband said it smelled like sewage inside the room. After this, they finally found a room that had running AC without a smell. The mold stains were visible in the hallway ceiling and walls which was quite alarming. We saw a staff trying to disguise them...

"Hi I didn’t know what to expect when I booked the garden view room for 3 nights but wow was I surprised talk about value for money only issues we had 3 nights went to quick should have been 7 nights minimum Prama right on the beachfront staff are excellent "

"The Kanvaz staffs were amazing and welcoming upon arrival. The rooms were beautiful, however there was a weird, loud clunking noise that comes intermittently every 15-20 mins or so. I think it’s just a pipe issue. Otherwise, the food was awesome! Their oxtail soup is wonderful. Pool was amazing. Clean, modern room. "
