"Excellent unit. It had everything we could have needed. Very comfortable and nice location (if you want to avoid hustle and bustle of downtown Kona). There was A/C. Ceiling fans would have been perfect for the evenings without running A/C. "

"The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. "It was close to town and the beach. The view was awesome and the condo came equipped with more accessories than we could imagined. We felt so comfortable. "

"Our stay was great for the week! The bed was soft and we had everything we needed at the condo for cooking and shopping. Parking is really tight in your assigned spot, so think a very small rental car verses a full size. An AC unit in the bedroom, would have been nice but not required to be comfortable in the evenings. The windows open for a nice ocean breeze. It was nice to drink coffee on the patio and watch the waves crash on the rocks."
