"We were only there a short time, late check in then up early to catch our flight home so we did not see what the community had to offer. Free shuttle was a bonus but on our arrival could not find them so more detail would have been nice in any of our communications prior to us getting there. We did not know what to look for. Building itself was loud, could hear the other guests coming and going quite well. But it was clean and had what we needed for our very short stay. "

"This is a fabulous hotel with excellent staff, food and drinks. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Our corner-beachfront suite had everything we needed, including plenty of plugs by the bed and a reading light too. Beds were super-comfy, even the sofa bed. We were able to close off the sofa bed room for privacy, whist they had their own bathroom. "Words cannot express how AMAZING this trip was for me and my family. Our accommodations were awesome, the service was perfect and everyday is like waking up in a hidden paradise that no one knows about. We needed to get away and did not want to be in a place with lots of tourists and this was what we got. The daily breakfast was awesome and then we easily walked to the 3 nearby beaches. Our daughter loved it and we all had so much fun and met so many cool locals who were just the kindest of all....

"We loved Iris Villa, it is very quiet and a beautiful property. Gorgeous early morning walks. Loved the morning breakfast. But it should be advertised that there is no dining close by, at least not in the slow season. We found a small market still open our first night to buy some food to eat for dinner after driving half an hour away to find a restaurant but no available parking and a very long wait. Driving in the dark on the very curvy mountain roads is not for everyone!"

The room is spacious but not very well designed: the shower needs a bigger protective glass, the patio door doubles as the entrance and the room interior is visible from the outside (and the passerbys) : you need to draw the curtains to have privacy but then the whole room is dark.
