"Only thing nearby (still 14 min away) worthwhile for a tourist is Kashihara Jingu shrine. The hotel itself is beautiful. Kashihara seems like a great place to live though!"

"The shuttle feature is great from the train station, although you need to plan ahead due to its limited availability. Taxi to the property was inexpensive and affordable from the train station as well. On suite onsen and private bath is a must have feature with a clear view to the river below and the forest. Dinner serve in room was beyond exceptional. Breakfast was a little disappointing but still good. Definitely making this place an annual tradition to revisit every time we're back in...

"Location is great. There is a beautiful park on the wall to the local train station, the local station has a Vie De France which is attended by locals, local restaurants cover a variety of small town yiakitori, ramen, Okinawa izakaya. There is also a newly opened restaurant in the park which is of minimalist architecture and high quality food for and special occasions you want to celebrate. This house is great and the location offers a real Osaka local town experience."

"The place is exactly what I was looking for during our vacation. I wanted to go somewhere quiet and not very busy. I was looking for a place that was not so touristy and this was it. All the staff were super nice to us visitors. It will take some planning to get to the hotel. But once you figure it out and get there, you will find the peace and tranquillity you’re searching.
