"Het hotel was goed. Door het mindere weer misten we wel een binnen locatie om iets te drinken. Alles was buiten ofwel in een kleine ruimte waar 20 man kon zitten.
Anders een goed hotel."
"Room and breakfast was good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always said hello when they saw us and asked if everything was ok. The location was a 5 min walk to Old Town which was great. Would stay there again."
"The hotel was mostly great! Good location - close to chania without being right in the old town. We had a hire car so we were able to park right on the street outside usually.
The staff could be a bit friendlier, I found some of them to be somewhat rude and dismissive of our concerns.
The air conditioning needs maintenance. We raised it wasn’t working which was basically dismissed by the receptionist. She checked it herself and made her own confirmation that it was fine?? The air con...
"A very convenient hotel super close to (walkable - barely 10 mins) but nicely away from the Old Town. Lovely room - spotlessly clean - and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to park our car in the underground car park. That was such a help. Breakfast was good."
"Beautiful hotel in a great position in Chania. The room was so comfortable, modern & functional. Lovely staff throughout. Would definitely recommend."
"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room and grounds were immaculate and the staff in all areas could not have been more friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area and the beach. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice and nothing was ever empty."
"Very large room with one big bed and another smaller plus a sofa. Clean, and toiletries were provided; wish they had some tissues/ Kleenex but maybe this is not common here. Room was on top and had to haul the luggage plus climb up and down two flights of stairs for everything, not a big issue but someone less able would have big problems. Nicely placed on a small street full of little stores and restaurants, close to everything, but parking is a big issue and we ended up with a ticket even if...
"One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable."
"This property is very well maintained and very clean. The staff made us feel very welcome and were more than accommodating to us. They really made our stay very comfortable and very pleasant and special. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Location is excellent also. Near shops and restaurants and right on the beach."
