"バスルームの扉の蝶番がずれていて、扉を閉めるには力を込めて無理やり閉めるしかない 部屋のライトの調節が、間接照明だけにしようとすると、もれなくミニバー？みたいなコーナーの照明も点灯し、ここが鏡張りにしているせいで結局ライトがそのまま反射し、ベッド側に直接光が見えて、寝るどころではない 朝食がビュッフェで、スタッフが忙しく片付けされているのは良いのだけれど、まだ飲みかけのコーヒーとジュースを置いてるのに、追加の食べ物を取りに行ってる間に片付けられてしまった。そこまで頑張らなくてよいです。"

"The location was fine and close to tram stops but disappointed with our stay. Rooms only cleaned every three days. Fine - but you had to ask for toilet rolls or clean towels and no emptying of the bins. Also no way to put heat on in the room. Sunday night we arrived back and wanted a drink from the bar at 9.25 pm only to be told that the bar is shut - never experienced that in a hotel. Hotel management just replied - thank you for your feedback !!"

"Die Lage des Hotels war super zentral und dennoch ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können fußläufig erreicht werden. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 3Min. entfernt und der Botanische Garten direkt nebenan. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte genug Auswahl. Für unseren Städtetrip war das Standardzimmer vollkommen ausreichend und sehr sauber."

"Lovely hotel situated in the city centre. All the main sites are within walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a Twin Room for 3 nights and it was the right size for us. The youngish staff were friendly enough and helpful. Aircon in the room which was fairly easy to operate and there is a bidet in the toilet. Our room had no safe which was a bit annoying. Single bed was comfortable except the pillows were a bit flat. The view from our room was not the best but too much...
