Honestly we picked this because of the bundle deal but I believe we got super lucky with the best place on the island. Absolutely stunning. So quiet and relaxing. "The Kapalua Bay Villas are located on the cliffs above Kapalua Bay. The Villa we were in had a large grass area in front of us, then the cliffs, ocean, etc. Yremendiously beautiful setting. Sitting on the patio and listening to the wind and waves is incredibly tranquil... It is truly a multimillion dollar view. While I give 5 stars, mostly for the location, as the actual condo is starting to get a bit run down. The walls need paint and some repairs. The counter grout is chipping out of...

"The property was in exquisite shape and the unit was very well kept. Great location! Just a short walk down a hill to beach access. Many restaurants nearby. Easy to drive to the unit."
