"Our stay at the hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was immaculate and the cleaners did a fantastic job daily. The location was perfect, just far enough out of Chania for you to not have to deal with the crowds but close enough for it to be easily accessible. The breakfast provided were delicious and the bar is also very reasonable. All amenities included were brilliant. An exceptional hotel for its price range."

"The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all. The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. As a result, the noise, shouting, and arguing continued, and we weren’t able to fall back asleep. Since it was our check-out day, we asked...
