"Staff were absolutely great.. breakfast was ok example beans were cold.. lounge staff were great but basic. Website pics should be updated as deceiving."

"We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile."

"I was given a harbour view standard room and it was very good, if a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. The tv only had a few usable channels. The staff were very welcoming and excellent all round. There’s a selection of good restaurants in-house."

"Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard.
